FalconryUsing FalconryHub
These terms govern your use of FalconryHub, provided by FalconryHub, LLC. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required. If you act for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the records you enter and for the people you authorize to access them.
You are responsible for complying with the wildlife, falconry, animal-care, possession, transfer, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to you. A saved permit number, app reminder, or bird transfer in FalconryHub does not verify a license, complete a regulatory filing, or replace an authorization required by an agency.
Recordkeeping and care decisions
FalconryHub helps organize information. Its weight, condition, feeding, and care features are not a substitute for a veterinarian's advice, direct examination of a bird, or your own qualified judgment. Check entries and calculations before relying on them. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns; the support inbox is not an emergency service.
Maintain independent copies of records you are required to keep or cannot afford to lose. Availability, synchronization, reminders, and recovery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
Your content and sharing choices
You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant FalconryHub, LLC permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, carry out your instructions, and meet the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Only upload content you have permission to use and share. Choose invitees, roles, and transfer options carefully. Transferring a bird with media permits both owners to retain access to that media; deleting your retained access does not remove another owner's access. Archiving a bird does not itself delete media.
Acquisition baselines are protected from ordinary deletion. Deleted records and media may remain in private recovery storage for the periods in the Privacy Policy. Downloads and exports held outside FalconryHub are outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate laws or another person's rights, impersonate others, upload malicious material, gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or collect other users' information without authorization. Do not use another person's account without permission.
Service availability and changes
We may update features, correct problems, or interrupt service for maintenance and security. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Where practical and permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.
If paid features are offered, their pricing and payment terms will be presented before purchase. These terms do not authorize an unannounced charge.
Account closure
You can stop using FalconryHub at any time. To request account closure or deletion, email sanderssoutheast@falconryhub.com from the account email address when possible. We may verify ownership and discuss how shared birds, records, and retained media are affected before completing the request. The Privacy Policy describes recovery copies and other retention limits.
Limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FalconryHub, LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the service will meet every recordkeeping or care need. You are responsible for decisions about your birds and for reviewing the information you enter.
Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
